How long does it take to create a website?
The time it takes to create a website depends on its complexity and the amount of data you want to have on your website. Simple websites can be completely ready within 2 weeks, while complex eCommerce sites can sometimes take more than a month to create and test.
Does Frappé offer website hosting services?
No. As a business, we do not offer web hosting services, nor do we store the pages we create on our servers. It is up to you to choose your hosting partner, however, you can also leave this task to us if you are not sure where to host your website.
Do we also redesign existing pages?
Yes. However, we specialize in redesigning websites that are exclusively based on WordPress CMS systems.
Do we work with international clients?
Of course! Our only requirement is that you can communicate in English and that you know how to use Skype, Zoom or Microsoft Teams for online video communication.
Do we offer support after the website launch?
After publishing the website, we offer our clients initial support to master the tools with which they can manage their website. Long-term site maintenance and servicing is charged.
Does Frappé retain copyright over the websites?
No. Your website is your property and you can do with it however you want. If you decide to stop working with us and want to outsource the website maintenance to another agency, we will not penalize you for it.
